In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1719 ( Relating 
to the regulation of psychologists and the powers and duties 
of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1719-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 

         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
