In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1747 ( Relating 
to procedures to deal with an individual who is in the criminal 
justice system and who has a mental illness or is a person with 
mental retardation.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1747-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
