In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1927 ( Relating
to nuisance actions under the civil practices and remedies code,
authorizing the recovery of attorney's fees and providing for
participation in the enforcement of environmental laws.) this
office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1927-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
