In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1955 ( Relating 
to the operation of ice skating centers.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1955-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would institute regulations for the operation of ice 
skating establishments.  Owners/operators adhering to regulations 
in the bill would be absolved of liability in most cases.  Since 
no responsibility for enforcement is given to a state agency 
or local units of government, the bill is not expected to have 
fiscal implications for either. 
 
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
