In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1965 ( Relating 
to the creation of the constitutional office of criminal district 
attorney of Comal County, to the abolition of the office of 
the county attorney in Comal County, and to the abolition of 
the office of the district attorney for the 22nd Judicial District.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1965-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
