In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB1999 ( relating 
to the disposition by the Railroad Commission of Texas of well-site 
equipment from a wellbore transferred to the Texas Experimental 
Research and Recovery Activity) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB1999-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
