In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2046 ( Relating 
to the location of justice of the peace courts in certain counties.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2046-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill could result in savings to counties that would otherwise 
be required to purchase, lease, construct, or rehabilitate a 
facility to be used for a justice of the peace court, since 
it would allow the justice of the peace court to be located 
within an existing county building.
