In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2153 ( Relating
to the priority given to certain victim compensation funds
by the Texas Youth Commission when apportioning wages earned
by certain children.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2153-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
