In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2169 ( Relating 
to the liability of certain persons and organizations that provide 
emergency services.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2169-As Engrossed
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would add rescue squads and emergency medical services 
providers to the provisions limiting maximum liabilities currently 
applicable to volunteer fire departments.  In some cases, this 
could result in a savings to such entities that would otherwise 
be exposed to higher limits of liabilities.
