to the disclosure by the Texas Department of Transportation 
of information pertaining to persons who subscribe to Texas 
Highways magazine or purchase certain promotional items  ) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2220-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
