In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2220 ( Relating 
to the disclosure by the Texas Department of Transportation 
of information pertaining to persons who subscribe to Texas 
Highways magazine or purchase certain promotional items from 
the department.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2220-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
