In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2309 ( Relating 
to fees charged by a justice of the peace.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2309-As Engrossed
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

Justice of the peace courts are expected 
to recover a greater portion of the costs associated with providing 
copies to the public as a result of this bill's enactment.
