In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2309 ( Relating 
to the fees charged by the justices of the peace.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2309-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

Justice of the peace courts are expected 
to recover a greater portion of the costs associated with providing 
copies to the public as a result of this bill's enactment.
