In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2324 ( Relating 
to the organization and operation of certain prison industries 
in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Texas Youth 
Commission, and certain county correctional facilities and to 
agricultural programs and work programs of the Texas Department 
of Criminal Justice; providing a penalty.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2324-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
