In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2394 ( Relating 
to course fees charged for certain courses at public institutions 
of higher education.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2394-Conference Committee Report
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would authorize community colleges to not apply certain 
exemptions for veterans to course fees or training fees for 
certain aircraft flight training costs.  This would result in 
increased costs for those students who had previously not been 
required to pay those fees.
