In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2429 ( Relating 
to certain alcohol-related offenses and to certain procedures 
for administrative and criminal proceedings held in connection 
with alcohol-related offenses.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2429-As Introduced
