In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2449 ( Relating 
to the approval of a licensed dietitian as a service provider 
under the chronically ill and disabled children's program.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2449-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
