In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2517 ( Relating 
to the audit of public junior college districts.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2517-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No  fiscal implication to the state is anticipated.
         
The bill would require the State Auditor to provide the community/junior 
colleges with written information relating to the procedures 
and scope of the independent audits of the community/junior 
colleges.  This is within the current audit activities of the 
State Auditor and would entail no additional costs to the state.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
