In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2520 ( Relating 
to the conservatorship of state agencies and public junior colleges 
as a result of fiscal mismanagement.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2520-As Introduced
