The bill transfers the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services program from the Texas Department of Health to the Office of the Attorney General. The bill would create a new special fund and a dedicated revenue source in the State Treasury. Revenue collections should not be affected. No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
