In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2561 ( Relating 
to the administration of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis 
Service.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2561-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill transfers the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis 
Services program from the Texas Department of Health to the 
Office of the Attorney General.  The bill would create a new 
special fund and a dedicated revenue source in the State Treasury. 
 Revenue collections should not be affected.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
