Austin, Texas
FROM: John Keel, Director
In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2747 ( Relating
to allowing students at public junior colleges to pay tuition
and fees in installments.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2747-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated. Community/junior college districts would have
some loss of interest revenue due to delayed deposit of tuition
revenues, but this would not be significant for any individual
district.
