In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2754 ( Relating 
to public warehousemen, organic certification, the regulation 
of rose grading and citrus vegetable products, the establishing 
of quarantines, and the repeal of certain obsolete provisions 
of the agriculture code.) this office has detemined the following:
