In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2754 ( Relating
to public warehousemen, organic certification, the regulation
of rose grading and citrus and vegetable products, the establishing
of quarantines, and the repeal of certain obsolete provisions
of the agricultural code) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2754-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
