In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2766 ( Relating 
to the liability of a municipality for damages arising from 
its governmental functions.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2766-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.  However, in some cases, this bill's enactment 
could result in a municipality being exposed to greater liability 
associated with community development projects.
