In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2856 ( Relating 
to the protection of women's health with respect to services 
performed at an abortion facility and the right to access certain 
information relating to abortion facilities.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2856-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 

The bill would make no appropriation but could provide 
the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the 
provisions of the bill.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
