In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2865 ( Relating 
to the work outside fences in automotive wrecking or salvage 
yards and the display or storage of junked items outside those 
fences in certain counties.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2865-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
