In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2900 ( Relating 
to the authority of a municipality and a county to regulate 
the subdivision of land in the extraterritorial jurisdiction 
of a municipality.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2900-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
