In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2914 ( relating 
to the conveyance by the General Land Office of the state's 
interest in certain real property.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2914-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
Enactment of the bill would result in a gain of approximately 
$25,000 to the Permanent School Fund; the State would retain 
mineral rights and certain easement and right of way.  
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
