In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB2944 ( Relating 
to designating the Texas State Technical College System extension 
center in the city of Marshall as a campus of the system.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB2944-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
