In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3016 ( Relating 
to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas Department 
of Criminal Justice to Jefferson County.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3016-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
