to the authority of the commissioner of insurance to approve 
higher deductibles on coverage provided under certain policies 
issued through Texas Catastrophe Property Insurance Association.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3031-As Engrossed
