In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3042 ( Relating 
to exempting governmental entities from competitive bidding 
requirements when governmental entities participate in cooperative 
purchasing.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3042-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
