         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3054 ( Relating
to the creation of an immunization registry and to reporting
requirements concerning immunizations; providing a criminal
penalty.) this office has detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3054-As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Seventy-third Legislature authorized and funded an immunizations
tracking system, which is maintained with state and federal
resources appropriated to the Department of Health.

The bill
would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis
for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of
the bill.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
