"Pete" Laney IN RE: House Bill No. 3054, As Passed 2nd House Speaker of the House Berlanga House of Representatives Austin, Texas FROM: John Keel, Director In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3054 ( Relating to the creation of an immunization registry and to reporting requirements concerning immunizations; providing a criminal penalty.) this office has detemined the following: Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3054-As Passed 2nd House No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The Seventy-third Legislature authorized and funded an immunizations tracking system, which is maintained with state and federal resources appropriated to the Department of Health. The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.
