In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3061 ( Relating 
to regulation of the import, export, and management of deer.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3061-As Introduced
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has assumed that costs 
associated with this bill ($217,000 annually) would be offset 
by fees allowed to be imposed.  
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
