In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3092 ( Relating 
to equipment requirements for certain buses.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3092-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
Based on estimates from a local transportation provider the 
additional cost per bus for the warning signals could be approximately 
$300 per vehicle.
