In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3105 ( Relating 
to the supplemental salaries of judges of the district courts 
having jurisdiction in Midland County.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3105-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would require the Midland County Commissioners Court 
to pay an annual supplement to all district court judges with 
jurisdiction in Midland County.  County officials estimate the 
cost would be $26,000 annually.
