In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3115 ( Relating 
to a certain exemption to regulation under the Texas Structural 
Pest Control Act.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3115-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The Structural Pest Control Board estimates that it could lose 
license and examination fee revenue for up to 900 non-commercial 
licensees currently employed by political subdivisions.  The 
Board estimates that its total revenue loss could be as much 
as $71,000.
         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
