In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3116 ( Relating 
to work supplementation programs for certain welfare recipients.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3116-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill amends Subchapter G, Chapter 2308 of the Government 
Code by adding Section 2308.314 which would provide hiring, 
pay, and benefits guidelines for employers participating in 
wage supplementation programs.

No fiscal implication to units 
of local government is anticipated.
