In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3137 ( Relating 
to adding new provisions to the Texas Workers' Compensation 
Act regarding judicial review, court judgments and settlements, 
and Texas Workers' Compensation Commission's right to notice 
and opportunity to intervene prior to issuance of a judgment 
or settlement.) this office has detemined the following:
