In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3174 ( Relating
to telephone solicitation using automated dial announcing devices.)
this office has detemined the following:

         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3174-As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Section 2 of the bill would require that penalty collections
be deposited to the credit of the Public Utility Commission;
this would not create a dedicated account but it would create
a dedicated source of revenue subject to appropriation.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
