In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3176 ( Relating 
to the sampling of wine on the premises of a holder of a winery 
permit.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3176-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
