In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3207 ( Relating
to the regulation of political contributions and expenditures
and political advertising, the registration of lobbyists, personal
financial disclosure by certain holders of and candidates for
state office, and the publication of summaries of opinions of
the Texas Ethics Commission.) this office has detemined the
following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3207-As Introduced
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
