In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3207 ( relating 
to the regulation of political contributions and expenditures 
and political advertising, the registration of lobbyists, personal 
financial disclosure by certain holders of and candidates for 
public office, restrictions on certain representation before 
a state agency by a member of the legislature, and the publication 
of summaries of opinions of the   
Texas Ethics Commission; 
providing a civil penalty.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3207-Committee Report 2nd House, As Amended
