In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3212 ( Relating
to the transfer of certain state property from the Texas Department
of Criminal Justice to Duval County.) this office has detemined
the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3212-As Engrossed
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
