In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3224 ( Relating 
to the dissolution of a beach park board of trustees.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3224-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

An election to dissolve a board, as required 
by the bill, would be expected to be held in conjunction with 
a previously scheduled election.  The cost of adding the additional 
item to the ballot is not anticipated to be significant.
