In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3229 ( Relating 
to the appointment of criminal law magistrates in Kaufman County.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3229-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The bill would provide for the appointment of criminal law magistrates 
in Kaufman County.  County officials anticipate the cost of 
the bill to be $20,000 annually.
