In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3234 ( Relating 
to the transfer of municipal hospital authority assets.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3234-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
City or county governments will be required to administer remaining 
authority assets to provide for health care needs of the persons, 
including indigent patients, formerly served by the authority.
