In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3234 ( Relating 
to the transfer of municipal hospital authority assets for health-related 
projects.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3234-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would require that the assets of a municipal hospital 
authority be transferred to an entity that provides health care 
services to indigent patients.  A county or municipality receiving 
such assets would incur costs associated with providing such 
services.
