In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on HB3330 ( Relating 
to ownership of a drainage outfall ditch in Harris County.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by HB3330-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
The Harris County Flood Control District estimates that control 
of the drainage outfall ditch (C106-0300) would require the 
district to spend approximately $5 million in renovation and 
maintenance costs.
